About Me

My name is Sashikant Mohanty. Man of many letters, Inclusive by nature, I have a natural agility to be focussed and yet be counted in varied interests. Having worn multiple hats, I provide practice leadership in a professional services firm. Being an entrepreneur was exciting as well as a humbling experience. With interests in people, process and technology I look to lead an organization soon.

The following are beliefs which are integral to my existence.

• Between the two, it is ‘Character’ rather than ‘charisma’ which makes a good leader.
• Leaders are those who have tall order of conviction, courage not buckle on the face of resistance and integrity to walk the talk.

To relax I listen to music; here as well my tastes are pretty wide – from ghazals, to sufi compositions, to dance numbers. I write for pleasure.
